[Installation and execution] Update Failure    

 

When a new update does not apply to the game, please review the following information.                                                                  

1. Insufficient memory space                                            

2. Device OS version   

                                                                

You can resolve these issues by the following measures.                                                                        

Please uninstall unnecessary or unused applications to secure the memory for an effective update.                                                                  

As we update the game, the minimum version may be upgraded.
In this case, you will not be able to apply a new update to the game. 
We suggest to keep your OS version up-to-date and check on the availability of the game with your current OS version.
                                                                        

If the issue can’t be resolved by given measures, 

please make an inquiry to the customer service center with the following information.
