If you wish to get a refund for the in-game item purchase, you should make an inquiry at our customer service page 

with the following information. Please note that we can only issue a refund for the gold or items that are not used 

within 7 days of the purchase.   For details, please refer to the Terms and Conditions.

 2. If you did not receive any receipt in your G-mail, you should go to Google Wallet and capture the receipt.
