If you wish to withdraw the in-game item purchase, you should make your inquiry at our customer service page with the following information. Please note that we are able to issue the refund for the gold/adv. dungeon ticket that is not utilized and intact.

1. Log in your G-mail account > Capture a receipt

2. If you did not receive any receipt to your G-mail or deleted it, you should go to Google wallet @ www.google.com/wallet/ and capture the receipt.
