O TwelveSky mobile operation policy

We are trying to provide you with operation policy and terms of use for achieving smooth game operation and pleasant experience for you. Hence, you may be imposed on disadvantages if you are caught on illegal activities specified by our regulation.

 

* Precautions

In accordance with Terms of Use, your account will be suspended permanently if you refund the paid content in violation of Terms of Use, which is described as arbitrary refund via store.  If any items or goods are transferred, they will be traced and confiscated.

O How to use Customer Service  

Please use Customer Service in regard to reporting bugs and other queries. And we will continue to regulate activities that cause discomfort to others such as abusive language as provided by our policy. 

 

- The business hour of our customer service is 10 AM to 7 PM on working days.

  (Since we don’t reply to a new query made on Saturdays and Sundays, we will reply to the oldest queries in order from the next working day on.)

 

- Please notice that our customer service team will not respond to an inquiry that is not related to ‘TwelveSky M’ and an inappropriate inquiry such as abusive language.

 

- We do not consult over phone calls or do not accept walk-in customers.

 

O How to use content in the marketplace of TwelveSky M  

Every item (except for the untradable) can be traded in gold and silver in the marketplace (trading center) , regardless of factions. Please refer to the game guide for more information.

 

O Download “TwelveSky M”

You can download “TwelveSky M” from Google Play and One Store.

When you see a message, “Version not matched”, you should go to your market to update the game.

1. PC Android App Players may not be supported properly.

2. Update date and details may change depending on the conditions. 

 

O Minimum Specification for service

Minimum Specification for Android devices is equal to or higher than Galaxy S5.

Minimum Specification for Android OS version is equal to or higher than Android OS 5.1.

 

* You may download the game on devices not higher than the said minimum specification. However, the game may play improperly in that case. Please check on the said minimum specification before download to play.
