We would like to notify you that we do not retain your personal information since we do not receive membership applications from you.

We, developers, cannot verify the information of your linked Google accounts although you inform us of your in-game information because it is not accessible to us. Therefore, please understand that we can’t find to inform you of any updates in the game if you lost your Google account information.

If you linked your Google accounts to Google Play when you play the game, you can find your lost Google account in Google website and find your account in Google Play.

If you manage to find and link your lost account to the game again, you can continue to play the game from the saved information.

Please note that guest accounts can’t be verified and any game information can’t be restored due to the fact that this account is not linked to your Google account.
