The payment was successful, but the purchased item was not received. what should I do?

If the payment was successful but the item was not received, take a screenshot of the purchase receipt attached to the payment email and send it to the customer center.

When making inquiries through customer service, you must make a contact through the account in which the problem occurred during the payment process.

After the receipt is confirmed, the item will be paid to the account that made the payment.
